Really impressive piece of equipment. worth every penny. Heavy duty. really well built and feels solid even when I’m on it running or full sprinting. I’m 6-0. 185 and even when I sprint on it it’s rock solid. Love it! Really great for Tabata workout type sprints which is why I bought one. One thing I will say. their is a fair amount of resistance even on the easiest setting. it took me a little bit of time to build up to using it for the tabata sprints. LRS. I debated this treadmill vs the Sunny Force Fitmill and am glad I spent the extra money. I agree with other reviewers that resistance is relatively high- I am 170 lbs and mostly use this treadmill at 13 degrees and resistance levels 1-3. I also debated buying a more expensive motorized incline treadmill for the greater incline angle but find that 14 degrees incline provides plenty of incline. D. Sun.
